So, this is an exciting one! The e-mail list is currently being built so that I can make sure that it is my existing customers who find out the latest new releases and special offers. I want to look after the people on my e-mail subscription list and they are my priority. The e-mails I send out will vary from general updates, to check-ins, to special offers, to behind the scenes. I want to welcome you into my business, so sometimes the things I send out will have nothing to do with my selling something, and more to do with putting something out into the world. Also, I need to know what my customers want, what they love, what they hate, in order for me to make sure that I am always prioritising them, and one of the best ways for me to gather that information, is through an e-mail subscription list. Yes, that means the odd survey, but I promise, I will keep it short! It is possible for me to add pre-order option to the website, but it will then require a full payment for the piece that has been pre-ordered. As some pieces can take weeks to make, I thought it best to instead include a 'notify me when back in stock option'. Please do register to be notified when an item is back in stock: as soon as you do so, I will be notified and this item I can then add to my list of pieces to make. This means that I only make stock that people really love. It can take several weeks for me to complete a piece, but once I have completed it, I will update the stock on the website so that you receive an e-mail to let you know that it is back in stock.
